When can I access my storage unit?
Our gate access hours vary by facility. Please contact a facility manager for hours nearest you.
Do you offer a mover?
Although we don't offer a mover, we do offer U-Haul truck rentals. Please contact a facility near you for full details. We would also be more than happy to recommend a reliable local mover.
How can I make a payment?
Payments can be processed by mail, in person, or through our website. You may also arrange to have your payment automatically deducted from your credit card. Please ask your manager about this feature. All of our facilities are equipped with a payment drop box. We do not recommend using the drop box for cash payments.
How much notice must be given before I move out?
Full details on the vacating policy will be provided for you at the time of move-in.
What sizes do you have and how much do they cost?
We have a wide variety of unit sizes to meet your needs. Unit sizes and prices vary by location. Please contact a facility near you for available sizes and prices.
How do I calculate how much storage space to rent?
Our expert managers can assist you in determining the right size. Just give us a brief description of what will be stored and we'll help you determine how much space is needed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express! Please ask about our credit card auto pay program!
Do you sell locks, packing, and moving supplies?
Yes, we sell high-quality locks with a Lifetime Warranty at a discounted price! We also offer boxes and moving supplies.
Towne Storage History
Like how a lot of small businesses begin, Towne Storage started with an idea between two friends, Gary Free and Jamie McQueen. This idea began to fully develop in early 1993 when Gary and Jamie started building their first storage project together: South Town Storage Company, which opened in 1994.
Business opportunities continued to grow and in January 2002, they opened their third self-storage property. It was quickly apparent that a management company was needed to operate their three storage facilities and to help develop additional properties. Towne Storage Management Company was formed and Burke Bradshaw was on board to operate the management company. His expertise in the self-storage industry, combined with his business management skills, assisted business growth to five locations by the end of 2002.
Since the initial idea came to fruition, Towne Storage has grown to operate, have under construction, and continue in development nearly 40 properties. We look forward to the addition of more properties in the future. Currently, Towne Storage properties serve the Phoenix, AZ, Las Vegas, NV, Utah’s Wasatch Front and the Southern Utah markets.
Towne Storage also offers management services to other storage owners who want to improve their revenue and property management; or for those who want a reputable company to manage their property so they may pursue other ventures.
